Mythology and early displacementAs labota rightly introduced himself, he belongs to the khandav Van. His story ages back to the Pandavas, from Mahabharata. When the Pandavas wanted to develop their empire, they had to slash and burn Khandav Van, hence Lord Krishna negotiated with these snakes and offered them whatever assistance they desired. Obeying the order of Lord Krishna, they all left their native place to seek shelter, but not without the blessings of Lord Krishna.
Blessings from KrishnaBefore leaving for asylum and to their respective places, it was time for these snakes to get their wishes fulfilled. Among many snakes, the family of Labota asked for salvation. Lord Krishna blessed them and guided them on the path to achieve liberation. The entire race of snakes left the Khandav Van and slithered towards their respective journeys to the foothills of the Himalayas.
Different from the restThe entire family of Labota reached the gateway to Salvation- the Himalayas. With time, the family of Labota perished and achieved their desirous goal of life. Labota, on the other hand, was afraid of death. He kept himself away from every possibility leading to his death. Time flew by and with civilisation gradually taking place, Labota started to look more like a humanoid snake. But because of his origin, he had to live with the creatures of his own type. However, other snakes at that time weren't too amused with the change in him and the entire snake race disowned him. This was a heart-wrenching moment in Labota's life.
The helping "Fairy"Labota could see his life taking turns, from crest to trough. From seeking blessings, from Lord Krishna, to being disowned by creatures of his own race, Labota saw it all. Things didn't pan out that well, as he could neither achieve death nor was gutsy enough to ask for it. His depression skyrocketed. Again, the rescue work was done by "Angel Tripti". She enlightened him to the correct path, giving directions to his problem and the eventual solution. She told him about Swami Doldal and his capabilities. Labota had every reason to find swami Doldal and befriend him. So after finding the solution, Labota left his cave in search of Swami Ji.
End of problems, beginning of timeAfter years of hardship, abandonment, and struggle, Labota still couldn't find Swami Doldal. He reached very close to his Swami ji's cave but couldn't find him. He was close but not close enough. Finally, he gave up and started crying. Listening to somebody howl, Swami ji went to him only to bring a smile on Labota's face. There was never a bigger satisfaction on his face than finding swami Doldal. After a brief interaction, Swami ji gifted him a very special Potli as a token of blessings. Labota was exhilarated by this gesture. He was finally able to end his journey, but after meeting swami Ji, he didn't know how his story was going to unfold from there on.
